The University of Alabama is excited to offer UA Thrive courses, a suite of online education modules, to all new students. The University is committed to the health, safety and well-being of all students. UA Thrive courses help equip students to be successful in a college environment by educating them before they arrive on campus. The courses cover topics such as personal and campus safety and risk reduction, finding and supporting community at the Capstone and contributing to a healthy campus environment.
InfoCourse Start Date
The UA Thrive courses will launch on the Vector Solutions portal on July 10, 2024 for the incoming fall 2024 classes. Look for an email in your crimson email account with instructions for how to complete the courses, or access the Vector Solutions portal.

Required Immunizations

Weeks of Welcome
Just as commencement ceremonies serve as a ritual marking the completion of study, new student convocation is a ritual to signal the beginning of your college career. Participation is expected for all first-year students and registration for Weeks of Welcome will take place after you move into your residence hall.
